Parts Air Filter
Please Note: There are two (2) versions of air filters
for the 51 / 55.
It SHOULD be obvious if this is the right filter for your
saw by the photos and measurements.
Early models had a sliding choke button mounted in the top cover that pushed
down / compressed the air filter to act as the choke.
Later models (This One) were not rectangular and Husky changed to a different /
horizontal choke lever that did not incorporate the filter as a choking
mechanism.
Many parts for units made
before 1999 are fast becoming, or already are, obsolete.

What Does NOS Mean ?
NOS
(New Old Stock) parts are parts that are new and unused, but have been around
for a while. Parts may have some light dust, possible corrosion, and possible
rust from age. Parts are fully useable though. Packaging may be dirty, torn,
damaged or missing. Some parts may have been removed from their packaging for
photography.
